RE: Unfortunately, out of ignorance (”34 charges so he MUST be guilty of something”) or bad faith, the jury might convict anyway.

Based on the two previous NYC cases that Trump lost — the EJ Carroll rape allegations and the Trump Real Estate loan deal ( where Trump was asked to pay and outrageous nearly half a billion dollars ), I bet my money on BAD FAITH.

neither of those two case were decided by a jury.

A judge just imposed his verdict.

In one case he was ‘convicted’ on the paperwork alone. After decades, the judge looked at the case and pronounced him guilty, and proceeded right to the penalty phase
