If I was a juror Trump would not be convicted. But I would have to be crazy to live there.

The two lawyers on the jury might know what is right but fear to do it for more than one reason. Maybe having a pro-abortion spouse.

From the get go, this trial was going to result in Trump being convicted. His guilt or innocence is of no consequence...

The entire purpose of this trial is to produce a headline 'Trump Convicted'. He will then appeal and win that appeal, but the damage will be done...

Will it sway any votes away from Trump? At this point that is highly unlikely... Trump is obviously being persecuted by his political enemies and anybody who says otherwise is full of sh*t.

A very concerning tactic of late is that of the NY slimes, which has essentially morphed into a Democrat propaganda machine, attacking individual Supreme Court justices in an attempt to discredit them... That obviously won't work... The Supremes are a separate arm of government and thus unaffected by the driveling complaints and whining of the leftist propagandist at the NY Times.

But it does indicate that when the SCOTUS does overturn all these illegal charges and convictions of Trump, that the left will claim political bias on their part... When they will actually rule based on law and constitution, not party affiliation.

The judge has instructed the jury that a crime occurred. The prosecution didn’t need any evidence.

It's not a coincidence that this bought-and-paid-for judge declared Wednesday to be the open day rather than the typical Friday. If it was Friday that means that Orthodox Jews could serve on the jury and the majority of *them* support DJT.

I think that Alan Dershowitz put it very well when he said that the day he spent in the courtroom shocked him more than he's ever been shocked in his career.

Nope...this judge won’t allow that. He knows that there’s not an appeals court in the state that will overturn the convictions that are surely coming and by the time DJT’s lawyers gets to the Federal appeals courts the judge will have his seat on the Federal bench and his $20 million book deal.

"...He actually did pretty well in responding to the prosecution’s warm-up when confronted with his prior bad acts..."

Yeah. Like admitting he stole tens of thousands of dollars from his employer.

And one juror was all Derek Chauvin needed in the George Floyd case.

But just as they have become experts in vote fraud, the Demo-Commies have perfected jury and judicial intimidation.

“...his life will be over, perhaps literally, and his entire family will suffer. Every juror knows this for sure.”

~~~
That’s just like every democrat knows that when they all Trump a tyrant that it’s really their party that people should be afraid of.
There’s a whole spectrum of them, from the conscious deniers with powerful psychological defense mechanisms... all the way to the democrats who consciously root for winning at all costs and basically hate almost everyone.
Ask a democrat to go sit on a jury against Trump and acquit and see how they respond. Don’t just flesh out the fact that they probably would never a acquit no matter what the evidence say, but also get them to consciously acknowledge what would happen to them if they did.
admitted she can speak to dead people.
Maybe speak about them was her intent. There may be dead
people but ability to speak to them would be hard to do. jmo
I think that that the fact that the Jury hasn’t already come back with a guilty verdict is evidence that maybe not everybody on the jury was convinced this was a crime.
If the jury convicts, they will live in infamy as the 12 who allowed America to crash. They will have their pictures in history books.
Remember it was a NY appeals court that reduced his bail to less than half of what Engoron set. And nobody really knows what this jury will do.
Jury instructions are supposed to be finished tomorrow.
Does it really matter to the jury?
Or, to the “judge”, who has apparently replaced the jury??
I wonder how many pieces of silver (book deals, tv spots, etc) have been bribed, er, offered, to them.
No doubt in today's world their top 3 priorities are; cashing in, cashing in and cashing in.
