Case in point: The NHS is the UK’s largest employer, public or private, in the UK.

The quality of the medical care the NHS provides sucks.

And good luck finding out what percentage of NHS employees actually see patients.

Maybe in terms of percentage of GDP taken as spoil, but I bet that the U.S. has them beat in the overall amount taken in spoil.

There just isn't a big difference on spending. The UK Tories are so bad that Starmer will represent a turn toward the center. Just like Chretien was in 1993.
