This should be quashed in court in 30 seconds, but it won't be heard until after the election.
The transcripts were already released, so there is no "Executive Privilege" to claim.
Either the tapes make Biden sound much worse than the transcripts read, or else the transcripts were edited to remove the most embarrassing parts, which would be instantly discovered if the tapes were released.
My bet is on the transcripts being doctored.
