Nothing mystifying about it. Spain did it. Germany did it. The US of A is now doing it. So why not Norway. Decent, civilized people do turn. The opposite sometimes happens, too. Hot beds of anti-Semitism and other forms of bigotry can have changes of heart, too. Safest universities in the US for Jewish students are now south of the Mason-Dixon Line. Ukraine now has a Jewish president.
