Why are people prone to offering their opinions without knowing the facts?
I’m going with the standard practice of charging a surcharge of everytime a customer returns a car empty of fuel, or in this case discharged.
All I’m saying is that it would better for Herta to just had a surcharge to charge the vehicle on behalf of the customer. Just keep the surcharge reasonable.
That’s all I was saying.
