We need to do something about the "ruled by regulation" era of government. Congress passes very few laws but instead lets government agencies dictate by regulation. Hopefully, SCOTUS will soon rule on Chevron and against this anti-freedom, nation-killing, and costly practice.
It will get to a point of: "yeah, we're not going to follow that rule".
This is example number 10,000 of why no one wants to build a factory in the United States any more.
