I don’t think they would do that. No matter what the reason, no matter what the justification. If they did that, I think every FBI person in America, coast to coast.... would have the life expectancy of a USMC flamethrower man on Iwo Jima.
Altogether they have roughly 10,000 armed agents.
I sure wouldn’t stand near one the day after.
So I doubt they thought they could get away with that.
