This is NATO's proxy war, which the CIA's Nuland helped cultivate. The battle plans are designed and conducted by NATO military, and NATO intelligence operators are active (including our CIA) in the fight already. NATO is losing the fight so they want to publicly draw in American troops, along with troops from other member nations.

Seizing Russian funds is NATO's attempt to 'get WWIII going'.

Seizing Russian funds is also a way to continue funding the war in the Ukraine. NATO is out of funds and is losing so their solution is to seize Russian funds to continue to fund NATO and 'reward' elites.

NATO threatened to send F-16's into the war zone in the Ukraine, and Putin said he will considered F-16's nuclear threats.

Putin warned the UK that should armaments made by the UK be used to attack Russia, he will destroy UK military assets in the Ukraine, and elsewhere. Some interpret this to mean Putin is aware of UK military assets in the Ukraine already and will destroy them if UK weapons are used to attack Russian territory.

It really doesn't sound like Putin is helpless to respond. Nukes are not his first or only option.

NATO is losing this war - out of munitions, hardware and money. Seizing over 200 Billion of Russia's funds would give NATO the ability to drag this pointless fighting/killing out longer. Why would Russia tolerate renewed fighting at its own (seized asset) expense?
