Not directly, but could by writ of certiorari to the USSC. Or Trump could file a 42 USC 1983 civil multiple count claim for violation of civil rights under the color of authority against NY State, this Judge and anyone else who contributed to this illegitimate persecution
The 1983 claim would be brought in Federal District Court (best to do it in Florida)
