I dont have a problem with that . Rolling eyes, sighing, scoffing etc are not allowed in court. What I have a problem with is the threat to strike his testimony if it persisted. Marchand should have threatened contempt; threatening to strike defense evidence because of the behavior of a defense witness is not a proper sanction
The problem is stormy Daniels was held to no such restriction.....allowed to say whatever she pleased....the judges obvious suppression of Castello’s testimony is what elicited his frustration to begin with.

Yes, his entire testimony! That threat was one for the books. As if witness' testimony is for their own benefit as opposed to the jury's edification.
