NOTE: I personally am not going to guess what the jury will do. They should vote not guilty on every count, but I don't expect that. With 34 counts charged, Colangelo/Bragg have 34 chances that at least 1 of the verdicts will be guilty. It's true that these 34 charges are similar and nonsensical, but juries can do unexpected things.
A hung jury on any charge would be a mistrial, which Bragg could retry, and even if he could pardon himself of federal convictions if elected, these are NY state charges.
