No kidding. What a stinking load of hogwash. We all know how those bastards play the game. They do the damage, then claim “it was an error, we are so sorry.” But the damage is done.

Because that’s what happens. Lawsuits that are successful against schools or the cop shop work the same way. The city floats another bond. Throw it on the pile with the rest of ‘em.
