The prosecution’s 'star witness' Michael Cohen is back on the stand for a third day, as the court waits with bated breath to find out whether former President Donald Trump could testify himself.
He finally admitted under oath that he stole $60,000 from the Trump Organization by ‘grossing up’ payments for tax. Donald Trump was seen shaking his head as his former ‘fixer’ made the revelation, confirming he’s a common thief.
Cohen also dramatically revealed that he dealt with an apparent photo ‘extortion’ blackmail attempt involving the ex-president’s daughter, Tiffany.
Cohen admits he was handling Tiffany Trump ‘blackmail’ Blanche continues to press Cohen on other matters he was dealing with that coincided with the Stormy Daniels payoff.
This includes an apparent ‘extortion’ attempt involving the president’s daughter, Tiffany.
‘You agree with me, right, that you had a lot going on both in your personal life and with President Trump in those first two weeks of October?’ Blanche asked. Cohen agreed.
‘You recall on October 25th, you recall her communicating with you concerns about somebody trying to blackmail her?’ Blanche asked.
‘Yes sir,’ he replied. He handled it immediately, and spoke to David Pecker, Tiffany Trump, and others.

Don, Jr., had a pretty good take on the issue of the jurors when he was on War Room this morning.
They’ll convict even if they don’t want to, because if they don’t their lives will be a living hell forever in NY. They have to protect their families from harm.
The other way that a conviction wouldn’t matter a lot is if Biden raises the issue, and Trump simply demands that Biden explain what the alleged “crime” was. Of course Biden would lie, there not being a truthful answer that could be justified to an Independent , let alone a Republican . . .seems like Trump would probably succeed in illustrating just how tendentious the prosecution was. Just for starters, there is federal law against using campaign contributions for personal expenses - and yet the prosecution wants to convict Trump on the theory that hush money for Daniels was strictly a campaign expense having nothing to do with the feelings of Trump’s wife, and should have been accounted as such, rather than as a personal expense. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t.
How important could the distinction possibly be to the public??? Prosecuting a case which, at best, depends on how many angels you think can dance on the head of a pin is no way to actually - you know, pursue justice.

I have a son in law who is a lawyer with an Ivy League undergrad and Law Degree and an X girlfriend who is a lawyer. The son in law runs his inherited restaurant chain and quit lawyering 10 years ago. He tells me he loathes the thought of practicing law.
My X girlfriend told me many times before going into parties and events.........”now don’t you tell anyone in there that I’m a lawyer”.
Structurally, the practice of law in America is broken. The State Bars, who are supposed to police the profession, are so corrupt they make the FBI look like Eagle Scouts.
Fox News had Bob Costello on yesterday, and he DESTROYED the prosecution’s case. Now Fox is reporting that Costello will be the next Defence witness!!

It was probably more than $60,000. The guy is nothing but a big crook. Stole from his employer, stole from the government, lied to his wife, and lied to the banks he went to, in order to get loans to reduce his $2 million taxi business investment debt.

Scum Cohan, in revenge, manipulated Soros stooge Bragg; who I suspect is a Black Racist, to go after Trump . The effects of that revenge went into the Biden Regime. The results are a catastrophe and black mark in America’s history with Biden’s name on it. There will be a revelation of the evil conspiracy against Trump by Biden and his Justice Department collaborators. I hope it goes all the way back to January 6th.
The jurors may be thinking they will get more money for their books if they find Trump guilty. Plus they will be shunned by their friends if they vote to acquit.

I had heard this morning that the prosecution wanted the C-SPAN archivist to be recalled to authenticate photos, so it must have something to do with Cohen's mention of Tiffany Trump.
I'm guessing that Bragg coached Cohen to find a way to bring Tiffany Trump into his testimony so he can use it to open the door for recalling the C-SPAN archivist.

The charges were so obviously contrived and the progress of shows that there was no evidence of anything illegal. Putting Cohen on knowing Trump has very skillful lawyers— This trial was never meant to end in a guilty verdict but to keep Trump off the campaign trail in the height of the campaign season. In that they partially succeeded but that success caused a failure in keeping Trump away from the voters. They may well have converted New York and New Jersey into Trump wins. I wonder how serious the Obamanites and the Intel agencies are considering a final solution. Trump is so obviously ahead and gaining that a manipulated election that “elects” Obiden might judt not fly.

The “poison pill” term for Cohen does not apply to the Trump Team. It was exactly the type of poison Bragg wanted to inject into the campaign of Trump. The clandestine nature of it is a signature nature of the DemonKKKrats. With their mentality, wouldn’t be surprised if they orchestrated the assassination of JFK!
If Trump “signed all the checks” how could he steal from Trump?
