When did Ukraine stop bombing the Oblasts that sought to secede after the Revolution?
After Russia seized Crimea and launched the war in the Donbas they haven't stopped shelling Ukrainian towns and cities.
Like they are doing today.
Why does Russia shell and bomb the homes of Russian speaking Ukrainians?
