I’m sure he’d wanna try but being he’s Cohens former attorney and directly contradicts everything cohen just said I don’t know how it’s possible. Imagine Costello being in court the same time as Cohen.

I didn’t think there was a way to possibly not allow him to testify he has direct information on the case that contradicts their main witness. Merchan would have gone from kangaroo court to basically being North Korea if he didn’t allow him.
