It's a spirit of antichrist / dark principalities and powers work - orchestrated by the Prince of the Power of the Air(waves) (in this case).
An open rebellion, in the streets, against Almighty God.
Ultimately, having been turned over to reprobate by God, they are parading their rebellion. This is Mocking and Scoffing. Including those promoting it.
Pray that we can achieve a harvest of souls for all eternity. Yes, even perhaps by some meager efforts such as mine (the Lord uses the despised and the foolish - well, here I am - ouch - 1st Corinthians 1:27-28).
