Israel’s deterrence has been eroded and the precedent for direct conflict has been set. Iran has no issues with attacking Israel directly if they so desire.
The $64 question is whether, when the MAGA contingent on the Ground receives orders from the Politically Reliable Joint Chiefs in the Pentagon, will they carpet bomb Sidney, Nebraska, or the Pentagon?
