Round’em up. I didn’t think the concept would be that hard to grasp.

Where did you get your law degree, Walmart?

It's not that easy sport, every documented illegal that has come into this country and released is entitled to a hearing before an immigration judge.

Currently there are only 600 Immigration Judges across this country and as of 2 years ago, there was a back load of over 3 million cases. Which in my opinion, was grossly understated.

In the past three years alone, we have experienced over 8 million KNOWN illegals cross into this country.

So tell me Perry Mason, assuming every single one of those over 8 million illegals appear in court, how long do you think it will take to get those 8 million into court and ultimately deported, after all the appeal processes they will be entitled to, let alone the 20 million Trump claims?

So you’d no nothing? I realize that history may be a bit challenging for some, but there is already a precedent for mass internment in this country…just ask the U.S. citizens of Japanese decent.

Trump won’t just need to challenge the status quo if he gets re-elected, he’s going to need to slaughter that sacred cor and eat it bloody. So this would be the premise:

1) Declare a state of emergency, which it is, lock down down the border and anyone that comes across illegally is immediately turned around. Authorize the use of deadly force.

2) Anyone in the justice department that chooses to not comply is terminated.

3) Work with the states to institute containment centers where those already inside our border are consigned to awaiting a hearing. Those hearings will be performed by multiple panels at each containment center, which would be hand selected to and given very narrow parameters to work within.

4) those deemed worthy will be a given a document stating where to appear in 30 days or be immediately deported when found.

5) Any government benefits are revoked, and any states providing such benefits will have federal fund likewise revoked.

6) any non-profit organizations aiding and abetting illegals within, or attempting to come within this country, will have their non-profit status revoked, and subject to criminal charges. Since a state of emergency is declared, this may afford other actions against them.

7) Declare eminent domain of all land within 100 yards of the border. This will be no man’s land and any authorized individual within this land may be subject to item #1.

8) Allow states to remit illegals caught in crimes, traffic violations, etc., to submit illegals to containment centers for processing. Out of this country.

9) Grant border states the right to aid and assist in Item #1. No more of the border patrol versus state law enforcement and who has authority over what.

10) revoke Mexico’s favored trade status.

11) implement a system to halt any individual from wiring funds to Mexico.

12) executive order that only appeals conducted by an individual from within their country of origin at a local embassy will be considered.

Trump will need to go full scorched earth, and issue so edicts that it makes it impossible for anyone to keep up. Anyone from the Department of Justice will be barred from arguing against these initiatives. He will also likely have to call the bluff of some of the Federal judges and tell them to pound sand. Force it to the Supreme Court, and then rinse and repeat.

Or we can take what sounds like your approach, either do nothing, or try to get Congress to place nicely with itself and just tag along for the ride. Because that’s seemed to work so well in the past.

Here in Texas, and other places I’ve lived, they are not hiding by any stretch. Not even in the slightest.
