I don't think there's much we can do....my only money is in my retirement acct and Ira....take it out, pay huge taxes and then what to do with the money?...no bank is safe and perhaps maybe credit unions will have trouble...
keep cash at home?...what if the govt decides to change currency overnight?.....
should have never trusted this govt...

The only safe assets are commodities, like food or clothing or fuel. Everything else is not safe.
