"Michael Cohen's testimony was the "sinking Titanic" of testimonies. It was the "Hindenburg of hearings". It was a nightmare for the prosecution".
"Michael Cohen completely fell apart upon cross-examination"
It all came down to a single phone call that Cohen said took place between him and Trump and that purportedly established that Trump directed Cohen to issue the payment to pay off Stormy Daniels. But phone records obtained by the defense proved that the call, as described by Cohen, did not happen.
The women on the jury probably hate Stormy. The men just wanted to see her tits.
Important question is what happens if Trump is found guilty by the biased, hateful jurors?
Appeal. Sure, someday.
Prison for him? Then what: (insert answers here).
We’d better hope for a hung jury.
Blazing Saddles:
“They said you were hung.”
“They were right.”
Great and beautiful actress of the 1960s Arlene Dahl in the book Always Ask A Man.
“Men find falsely enhanced breasts attractive even knowing they are not real. It just shows what dreamers men are.”
This!
The free tv time Trump is getting is priceless; his face in front of and name in the ears of every tv-watching voter everyday, voters that increasingly see this as a political witchhunt, have been turning independent and even some democrat voters to his side.
The timing of these ‘proceedings’ has shifted in Trump’s favor, too; As one ends or pauses, another starts or continues some action that keeps his name out there. If I didn’t know better, I’d say Trump is playing the Democrats game and winning.
The hard part will be to keep this momentum going after all the witchhunts have ended.
One YUUUUGGE benefit to this trial was the rally in Jersey.
And the WHOLE world was watching.
Joe and Hunter Biden are getting a serious run for their money as the top hostile donors to Trump’s campaign from Bragg and Merchan.
Six months ago, my money was on Hunter and the laptop with Joe running a close second with Joe being Joe.
Not so sure, now, tho.
In this case the Directed Verdict will be guilty as not charged.
I would call Bill Clinton to testify why he paid Paula Jones $850K to go away. The defense rests, your dishonor.
Yes, afraid so.
Another travesty of the legal system is how all the lawyers who dared to represent Trump have come under withering fire freom all sides and many have been disbarred or even criminally prosecutet (e.g. Eastman, Rudy) for having the audacity and temerity to represent Trump.
Up to now the US system prided itself that no matter how terrible the crime was or how dispicable the accused, they have the RIGHT to a defense and lawyer.
Then former President John Adams represented the British Troops charged in the Boston Massacre and another famous lawyer and former President John Quincy Adams defended the slaves who mutinied on the Amistad slave ship.
But Trump MADE THEM break centuries of tradition due to his dastardliness. /S
Totally agree. The prosecution doesn’t have a care in the world about the verdict. They just want to interfere. Odds are he is convicted anyway.
How can Cohen keep a home equity loan from his wife? Aren’t there laws against not informing spouses regarding real estate purchases and sales?
Are you a lawyer? You should be. ;-))
Haven't watched the trial coverage at all. 2016 election videos spoiled me good.
They are my popcorn -- never filling and I never get tired of them. Gonna go watch one now.
Is there one juror who cares about the truth, and will hold out against the media/prosecutors/doxxers? If I said yes or no I would be guessing.

Small correction. The trial over the Boston Massacre occurred before the American Revolution, so John Adams was not then a former president.
“Do no harm” is not in the Hippocratic Oath.
I took the oath, the real one, in 1976. It’s almost impossible for a graduating medical student to take it now, there are dozens of “modern” versions (I bet you can imagine the content).
I can imagine myself giving the oath in a basement somewhere to people who know the password.
...as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns — the ones we don’t know we don’t know
— Donald Rumsfeld
BRAVO!
Little has been introduced into evidence by the prosecution as to the bookkeeping or what specifically the other crime was that he covered up.>>> I believe the bookkeeping entry was that the checks were scanned into the company’s system. which would be a normal process so that if there are legitimate business expensed by Trump personally they could be handled by the accountants. This would be just good practice and even scanning to collect digitized records is a good thing. I think that is the only connection to business records. not sure how the actual accounting was handled but to entries could very well have gone to a non business account. Big business scan everything that comes in.
That’s a ridiculous thing to say.
You people probably don’t realize it, but you’re being mind controlled to spread propaganda for the prosecution.
Here’s something that might help you: They don’t put people on the stand that they think are going to fail.
Study up on federal prosecutions.
