“There was indeed less alcohol use during prohibition.”


One needs to no more about the history that led to prohibition. There was a very good reason for the temperance movement.

A bit of overswing to prohibition maybe but think about how bad society was to lead to this.

There was - and Temperance made most of its gains before Prohibition, through social pressure.
