Dershowitz said Weisselberg needs to be called but bc he’s in prison under gov jurisdiction I guess he won’t be.
I think COSTELLO should be called as the ‘missing witness’. He could certainly refute the majority of what Cohen has said.
Says a lot that prosecution doesn’t want to bring him in to testify.
