There is a little humor in it. The brain trust who wrote “bring back 1945” apparently doesn’t know that that was the year that the NAZIs were thoroughly crushed and their leader was so humiliated he shot himself in the head.
Yes. One needs to see that number 1945 if context is still an issue.
