But thanks to a media and government conspiracy to suppress this information and label it as "disinformation" or "conspiracy theories," the American people remained largely unaware throughout the early phases of the pandemic.

That all changed when Dr. Rand Paul managed to corner Fauci in testimony before the US Senate, in which Fauci lied to Congress and the American people.

After that exchange the tunes began to change quickly. Media outlets issued corrections, pundits began to take the lab leak theory seriously, and social media platforms stopped banning users who dared question the official narrative. As a result, members of Congress began pushing for investigations, accountability, and legislation that would prevent anything like this from happening in the future.

And yet, despite all of this circling around in DC, multiple branches of the U.S. government continued to give EcoHealth Alliance and its leader, Peter Daszak, millions of Americans' hard-earned tax dollars.
