BREAKING UPDATE: Prominent leftist writer Juraq Cintula was arrested following the attempted assassination of populist Slovakian President Robert Fico.
As reported earlier — Conservative-Populist Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Fico was shot today and wounded at a government meeting.
According to reports Prime Minister Fico is alive and in a helicopter on his way to a hospital in Bratislava.

Slovakia PM Robert Fico is in life-threatening condition after he was shot after a political event on Wednesday. The suspect has been arrested but authorities have not identified him yet. Meanwhile, Fico's anti-Ukraine stance has resurfaced on social media. The 59-year-old had earlier said that he would not allow the arrest of Russian President Vladimir Putin under an international warrant if he ever came to Slovakia.
Fico was a member of the Communist Party before the dissolution of communism. He was first elected to Slovakia's parliament in 1992 as a member of the Party of the Democratic Left. He then served the Slovak Republic in different roles before being elected as prime minister in 2006. He was elected against (sic) from 2012 to 2018 and is currently in his thurd term.

In fact, rather than giving the Ukrainians more equipment, the US is donating equipment from US Army stocks and using the money allocated to buy newer, upgraded equipment for the US Army. So they are getting less equipment than they otherwise would so the US Army can pay to upgrade its equipment.
I also have to laugh anytime someone on FR whines about Ukrainian corruption: just look at the Continuing Resolutions and earmarks-- DC steals more money in half a year than the whole Ukrainian state budget for a decade.
The real Nazis as shown repeatedly are the murderous Russian scum pining for the toiletless steppes of the Mir. Hopefully they will continue to contribute to the nitrogen cycle for Ukrainian farmers.

Other users echoed this sentiment, with one user posting “Orban should take notice” and many users, often with the Ukrainian flag by their name, posting messages reading “Orban next” or “Orban is next.” ...
