Yes. Though one easy Security and Homeland Security databases. It’s designed for employers, who mostly don’t use it but would easily identify actual citizens, who have SS numbers, who can vote, and identify legal immigrants, who are ineligible to vote. If firearm dealers are required to use a similar system to purchase a firearm, using E Check on voter roles is a no brainer. And there’s a system to correct mistakes.

"What can congress do?"

First of all, Repukes could have not voted to accept Biden's fraudulent electors. Secondly, Repukes could have done something after Gore tried to steal the election in Florida in 2000. It took a month before this country knew who the next President was. They've had control of both Houses of Congress at different times over the past 24 years and held the White House at the same time. They have done nothing to try to eliminate voter fraud. You'd think they would have wanted to make sure nothing like what happened in 2000, ever happened again, but they didn't. They are worthless, and have been for decades.

What is missing is the will to enforce those laws.

Applies to lots of laws.

It is not a voter-by-voter analysis it could be argued a state's election was conducted in manner that clearly allowed multiple violations of the law.

Note my post 22. If E Check were required but not run it would be clear there were multiple violations in the time between an election and acceptance of electors. Though it should be used prior to elections, 365 days a year.

The Congress is owned by the same criminals that own the WH and Trump is a threat to them all. Illegal invaders voting in November is not only a given, it is being orchestrated by DC criminals.

As you point out, there are a number of instrumentalities a state can use to verify voter eligibility.

The sole issue, of course, at the Joint Session in the January following each presidential election is whether the certification from each state of its federal election results is valid.

Each state has the burden of proof that, as it certifies, its elections were held in conformance with all state and federal laws.

It is an easy matter to show where a state allows noncitizens to register to vote (via DMV, etc.) but then makes no effort to assure that state voter is not excluded from the federal election.

Essentially, if a state does not have in place such safeguards prior to the 2025 Joint Session, but unabashedly has proceeded as normal with no regard to federal law there can be no credible certification.

This just off the top of my head without briefing the many fine points.

I think we will . . . politically, but the enemy will only be further challenged and THAT will be our next revolution.

Those illegals are not here for work or protectection . . . they're here to fight against Americans.

I’m not saying you are wrong but I disagree. The machine has been turned on and is at full production. As much as we need a strong populist like Trump the deepstate is right now hobbling a Trump presidency. Elon Musk agrees with my position. Voting is nearing obsolescence.

We might have to look at requirements to get a birth certificate too.

What would it take legally for a state to refuse to honor any out of state driver’s license except for a federal Real ID?
