Crazy how legal opinions work. Two people can look at the same concept and come away with different interpretations...or more accurately: two people look at the same concept, one reads it and applies it as written, and the other makes something up based on feelings.
This is because lawyers are taught to be advocates of the client’s position. Not supporters of truth — paid liars.
It is necessary for your lawyer to pick thru the law to find “an out”. But, this should never be in conflict with what is written into the law.
