Stevie Wonder can only wish. James Baldwin once said ‘we’re not going anywhere.’

I’m currently reading Baldwin’s “The Fire Next Time”. His key thought is ‘we don’t want your acceptance’ as well as the not going anywhere.

So there it is. You won’t get past that sentiment. By pulling a Kapernick Wonder can enjoy the fruits of his success here and dis the rest of us.

So the question becomes where is that separate corner?

So my friends we are stuck with each other. They will not acknowledge they are their own worst enemy(think murders) or that the US is the best place to be black in this world. Caribbean and African immigrants do quite well.

This country is so racist, that a poor, blind black boy grew up to earn millions and be universally loved by people of all races.
