Came back in the dream sequence of the Texas line dance in the country bar. Not really alive, though.

Synopsis:
The saucy dream sequence that Mulder has in Texas when he thinks he’s on “magic mushrooms” moves from the groovy line-dancing of Billy Ray Cyrus’s “Achy Breaky Heart” to a re-enactment of Trace Adkins’s video for “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk.”

Lone Gunmen are in the table scene. Oddly, they took out the female dancer being hoisted over Mulder’s back and swirled around him after he beckons her to come over from the crowd.
