I wouldn’t expect anything from the judge in this case.

He’s in on it.

With Trump’s trial for reporting certain payments to his lawyer as “legal expenses,” when those payments were actually to keep a certain embarrassing thing secret, it’s a good time to test your knowledge of the connections between sex and presidents.

1.How should Trump have reported payments to keep an affair with a hooker secret?
A.”Payments to keep an affair with a hooker secret”
B.”Legal Expenses”

2.How did Hillary Clinton report payments for sex dirt on Trump known as the Steele Dossier?
A.”Payments for sex dirt on Trump”
B.”Legal Expenses”

3.Why is Trump’s affair with a hooker worse than Bill Clinton’s series of affairs with economically-dependent persons?
A.Sex in conjunction with prostitution is worse than sex in conjunction with sexual harassment of subordinates
B.Hey, Bill Clinton’s a Democrat.

4.Why is Trump’s misreporting of his hush money payments to a hooker worse than Bill Clinton’s lying under oath in a court of law about sex in conjunction with sexual harassment?
A.Lying about sex isn’t impeachable
B.Hey, Bill Clinton’s a Democrat.

5.Why is Trump’s affair with a prostitute worse than Hunter Biden’s affair with a prostitute?
A.Hunter Biden had an affair with a prostitute?
B.Orange Man bad.

6.Why is Trump having unprotected sex with a prostitute worse than Hunter Biden having unprotected sex with a prostitute?
A.Hunter Biden had unprotected sex with a prostitute?
B.Orange Man bad.

7.When did Trump have his affair with Stormy Daniels?
A.Recently (since leaving the White House)
B.While he was President
C.Within two or three years of becoming President
D.A long time ago

8.Did Trump have affairs with any attractive women?
A.No, they were all dog-faced pony soldiers.
B.Yes, with a Playboy “playmate of the month” (and maybe others)

9.Did any U.S. President, other than Trump, have affairs prior to office?
A.No, Trump has been the only one.
B.Yes, many that we know about.

10.Did any U.S. President, other than Bill Clinton, have affairs while in office?
A.No, Clinton has been the only one.
B.Yes, many that we know about.

ANSWERS

1.B. Legal Expenses
2.B. Legal Expenses
3.B. Sex in conjunction with forcing yourself on economically-vulnerable persons is worse than than sex with prostitutes.
4.B. Lying under oath about sex is worse than reporting a hush money payment in a way that doesn’t reveal what you’re trying to keep secret.
5.B. Both Hunter Biden and Donald Trump had affairs with prostitutes. The only difference is Orange Man bad.
6.B. According to Stormy Daniels, Trump had unprotected sex with her. The DNA of his love child proves that Hunter Biden had unprotected sex with his prostitute. The only difference is Orange Man bad.
7.D. a long time ago; viz., in 2006, ten years before being elected President, and eight years before becoming a candidate for the Republican nomination.
8.B. As to why Karen McDougal isn’t ratting on Trump and Stormy Daniels is, let’s just say there are different kinds of prostitutes out there.
9.B. Among others to have had affairs prior to being President was Grover Cleveland. Cleveland fathered a child through his affair, and financially-supported that child through adulthood. I could also mention Warren Harding. His pre-White Office affair was with a neighbor, and during the campaign, the Republicans put her and her husband on a long cruise to French Polynesia.
10.B. Among others to have had affairs while President was Jack Kennedy. It is said the CIA kept two prostitutes available to satisfy his needs. Also, the aforementioned Warren Harding. While President, he had sex with an admirer in a hall closet, from which came a love-child.

Since this is the only case that will be heard against Trump this year, the verdict will have to be ‘guilty’. Nothing less will do for Bragg or for the democrats or for Biden. Even if they can’t prove any of the allegations, which we all know are all trumped up, the judge will issue instructions to go find Trump guilty, and no innocent can be found and no mistrial and no hung-jury. It’s a must be found guilty, even if the judge makes he decision for the jury.

It’s not Bragg.

It’s Colango, The Meritless Garland and whoever that Evil Woman under Garland is.

I have huge respect for the opinions of Dershowitz,Turley and other constitutional experts. But the undeniable fact is that DJT will be convicted on all counts regardless of how frivolous the charges are and how trivial the evidence is.

And the reason is simple: Manhattan jury...without a single Orthodox Jew as a member.

Of course Merchan is not going to grant the motion for a direct verdict. He’s been and will continue to be paid well to run interference on this case and secure a conviction.

A good chunk of the trial has nothing to do with what he’s on trial for.

This POS judge will not dismiss or declare this trial a mis-trial.

It’s full steam ahead.

The assumption was that no rational prosecutor ...

I think I spotted the error in that assumption. :)

I’m afraid the jury will convict particularly if exculpatory evidence is being denied from presentation.

For discussion’s sake, assume that there is a grand cabal of Dems extending throughout Washington DC, NYC, etc. — all coordinating all of this lawfare against President Trump.

To date, the Dems have pressed forward no matter what, never taking a step back after defeats, never regrouping, never changing course.

But the defeats have been so substantial of late, time grows so short, the prospects in November are beginning to look increasinlgy and irreversibly and comprehensively bad, that one has to wonder ... wouldn’t it be best at this point for Judge Merchan simply to dismiss this case for lack of evidence when that opportunity presents?

I am not holding my breath, but I think the answer is resoundingly yes.
