When Trump calls someone “wonderful”, he’s being cynical. Wonderful in the context of what Trump says has quote marks around it. “Isn’t that guy “wonderful”? Meaning, he’s NOT wonderful.
But this guy Millward, the author of the article, is too dense to understand that.
