Gonna be interesting to see how this one turns out.
Lot of border crosiers both illegal and sanctioned.
How they impact the election/turn out, etc. is yet to
be seen.

You raise an interesting point... I am not sure how many of the border crossers are able to vote...

Not sure if the numbers are relevant, with regard to the manipulation of the totals overall...

Are those numbers just chaff? Or recorded as a meaningful statistic?

Either way, should never have to become a point of contention.
