Oh, so easy to grill and so yummy.

I sauté my mushrooms, first, then add garlic slivers and the fresh spinach, for the sautéed spinach. 😍

Sans the spinach ( though I suppose that adding it would also be okay ), try adding diced shallots to the mushrooms in butter & garlic. It’s a new twist I tried and it’s really good.
