RPOTUS is scheduled to speak at 5p E.
So....any minute.
His plane, Trump Force One, flew over about a half an hour ago.
He usually meets with people, behind the scenes, for several minutes, before he comes up on stage.
“What time do they expect the true President to speak?”
LOL! Reminds me of when the ER doctor came into the room after my 98-year-old mother broke her hip. To assess her mental state he asked, “Mrs. Xxxxx, do you know who the president is?”
Mom: “Do you mean the real president, or the guy in the White House eating ice cream cones?”
