I don’t see where the first amendment says you can assault or vandalize someone in the 1st amendment.

The article doesn't mention vandalism, and he threw a pair of work gloves at the Jewish person. Unless those work gloves were filled with concrete, it's a big nothing burger.

He can call himself a Jew hater all he wants, but the same laws apply to him, that would apply to anyone else.

What do you mean "same laws?" Urban blacks routinely punch random Whites and Asian people, and they're back on the street within hours.

Anywho, I'll check back in a couple of weeks when this turns out to be a hoax like many of the other recent "antisemitic" incidents that have occurred.

Well, throwing gloves at someone will get the police called. And standing around a building screaming at people will get the called too. Have you ever had a homeless person shouting crazy stuff and loitering around your house or office? And you stopped anyone from calling the police? What do you mean "same laws?" Urban blacks routinely punch random Whites and Asian people, and they're back on the street within hours.

Actually, during COVID, you had some black people attacking Jewish people repeatedly, and getting bail and doing it again.

I'm not sure why you think laws that protect other people don't apply to Jews and Christians.
