Defense only needs to plant the seeds of reasonable doubt in the mind of a single juror.

There are two lawyers on the jury. Neither of them specialize in criminal law to the best of my knowledge, but they should still have a fair grasp of the issues in this case. I'm hoping at least one of them has enough integrity to vote for acquittal.

Agreed. I can’t recall if the the juror who said he reads the NYPost is one of the lawyers. Do you know?

I’m probably in the minority but I agree with you. I think there’s a reasonable chance that even a Manhattan jury might acquit, simply out of a sense of fairness. I don’t think it’s likely but I think it’s at least possible. The prosecution didn’t do themselves any favors bringing Daniel’s to the stand. A number of jurors were visibly turned off by her testimony according to various reports.
