Sure, but in a case where multiple states are abusing the legal system in a blatant attempt to interfere with a Presidential election, I think the SC can and should claim original jurisdiction over all the cases.

There is great merit to that statement, but the Supreme Court of 2024 does not want to be seen as partisan, so the outrageous show must go on.
