While everyone seems to like dissing on Boeing lately (some deservedly) in this case it has nothing to do with Boeing, this is a fedex maintenance issue

Absolutely right.
Aside from the original 2 Max plane crashes and the door falling off, none of these daily Boeing stories are the fault of Boeing. 5 years ago this story would have read, “Fed Ex plane makes emergency landing”.
Now every plane mishap in the world is identified as Boeing. Even planes that are decades old.

Some years ago, a friend bought a used Beech King Air 200. Had it thoroughly inspected, had a clean bill of health. A few months later, after flying it several times without incident, the front landing gear collapsed while he was towing it out of its hangar. IIRC, some sort of pin (I'm not an A&P mechanic) had been installed backwards, worked loose, and fell out.

Stuff happens.

As much as I despise some of the terrible things that Boeing has done. They are now constantly being attacked for things that are most likely not their fault. The mob rules.
