The NY Appeals court threw out the Weinstein conviction, on the very grounds we’re seeing in the Bragg case.

For the record, Juanito himself admitted the tawdry testimony went too far. Reversible error right there. Ripe grounds for appeal. The disgraceful testimony can not be unheard. The jury was overwhelmingly prejudiced. Merchan can’t “fix” with mere jury instructions to disregard. Wasn’t enough in the Weinstein case, ain’t enough here either.
