Thank you! God bless you, too!
10 of 10. Good night, Dudess! ;-)
I hope it misses us too. A couple of days ago, they had us in level 1 threat and now we’re in level 3. Just have to hope to get through it intact.
Sad that you’ve had so little rain. I’ve gotten almost that much in the past 5 days, and it’s not over yet. The round that’s due here in the morning is already starting to fire up in AR and MO. Then the biggie overnight tomorrow night. A lot of the state will be under a flood watch then.
It’s time for these fronts to back off for a while.
Yesterday at Chisolm Trail Park:
I got 8 out of 10 on the quiz. Even though I was born in 1964, I still know those 60's show well like I watched them.((LOL))
How's everyone doing this morning?
9 of 10. Grrrrr. I thought for sure the last answer was Maverick. The cards just didn’t fall for me.
Awesome score! Nite....Dude!
Get those water wings out. You might just need them. Hope you get all your shopping done before the rain falls!
Well, that’s a great score even without Maverick! :)
Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))
What a pretty day you and Gizmo had. And a quiet one. ‘Bout time, huh? Gizmo looks very happy with the outing - - dragging you through the tall grass and rolling in a good smelly spot. What’s not to love? LOL
They don’t have this county in the flood watch - yet - but that could change by the early morning newscasts. I don’t need to do any shopping so the rain won’t be a problem. I just don’t want any real strong winds since the ground’s so saturated right now. That could topple some trees by the roots. It’s happened here before and it took Hubby quite a while to clean that mess up.
Hopefully things won't get to ugly for you guys over in your part of Tennessee, Radu. I see that your area is in the risk area for today.
We still have some risk in parts of Oklahoma but it's all to our East.
Here is the outlook for Oklahoma for today.
I imagine it felt REAL good to have an uninterrupted night’s sleep for a change. Y’all have had a rough time of it over there for far too long.
Yes, they upped the ante on us over the past day or so and it looks like it could be a bumpy ride over the next 30 hours or so. Can’t say I’m looking forward to it.
Well, you sure don’t need any more tree trash after finally getting all the old stuff dealt with!
It’s always the wind. That’s why I always dread those days. Our windy day is on Thursday, and it will bring cooler temps again. Bravo for that part! :)
Nice to see you won’t be in the crosshairs again. If you get any thunderstorms, I hope they don’t roll through when you and Gizmo plan to head out for some fun.
Last year’s the first year nothing big has come down in a long time. One small tree snapped off a few feet from the ground but it was easy for Charlie to haul off with the tractor.
The rest was just small tree trash that I piled up and burned.
I hope to be that lucky this year but only time will tell.
Cooler temps ahead for you? Yay for that!
Yeah, I welcome every cool day, because before long they’ll just be a pleasant memory. LOL!
And now...well, it’s about time to head out. Just gotta finish up this last show. See ya tomorrow!
Enjoy the cool day and any others you might get in the near future. I don’t suppose there’ll be many more.
It’s warming up here all of a sudden and sunrise is still a ways off. Steamy warm. Not a good thing considering the forecast for the day.
Sleep well. I’m off to hopefully do the same. Catch ya tomorrow.
