Funny thing- i read the whole article yet not a mention of Smith tampering with the evidence or lying to the judge....
Local Fox news did a similar thing- talked at length about the postponement yet did not mention tampering with evidence or lying/misleading the judge...
Nobody is going after Smith. At best they will just let the case die on the vine.
