Someone please translate: They got rid of her because she cheated, or because she did not cheat enough? Will her replacement not cheat, or will she cheat more? I can never tell with this upside down world.

It seems she printed over 60,000 ballots and got workers to fill them out while observers were barred. Of course, she hasn't been charged with anything (just like the burst-pipe-suitcase cheaters in GA). Pure speculation on my part: the fact that she is being replaced means they don't want her actions being investigated right before the election. And no doubt, her deputy that is replacing her will be the same.
