After claiming the same, Breitbart posted this.
“UPDATE: The Times of Israel reports Israel says ammunition deliveries are continuing as normal.
Speaking to Ynet, an Israeli official downplayed the Axios report, saying “Even now, a continued series of defense shipments are being sent from the U.S. to Israel.”
“It’s possible that one shipment or another is delayed, but the flow continues and we’re not aware of a policy decision to stop it,” the official added.
Israeli government spokesman David Mencer told Breitbart News on Monday that he had not seen reports of any suspension of U.S. ammunition shipments.:
I regularly read Times of Israel and I saw nothing mentioned there about this.
Ummmmm.
Is not the transfer of arms to Israel an Act of Congress? Dutifully signed into law by Mr. Biden?
And would it not follow, necessarily, that the law, so passed and signed, now a legal obligation of the President?
And would it also not necessarily follow that any failure to fulfill obligations thus derived, be applicable across the scope of that law? So Taiwan and Ukrainian arms shipments are also, now, similarly suspended?
Can someone please explain?
