Sadiq Khan has been officially declared winner of the London mayoral election.
As he took to the stage to speak, Mr Khan was heckled with boos and a shout of "Khan killed London".
The heckle came from the Britain First candidate, who then proceeded to walk off the stage where the mayoral candidates were assembled.
Mr Khan won his historic third term with 43.8% of the vote.
Labour sources have suggested a recount in Coventry isn't going to "change materially" Tory incumbent Andy Street's numbers in the West Midlands mayoral race, Sky News political editor Beth Rigby says.
A full recount has been ordered in the Coventry borough, with the race currently "too close to call".
Beth, who is in Birmingham, says that while the result is on a "knife edge," there is hope in the Labour camp that Richard Parker could have edged the race.
She says there will be a "massive upset" if Mr Street loses the mayoralty, with one former cabinet minister telling her it would be "devastating".
Beth adds that there is chatter within the Conservative Party that if Mr Street does lose, he may be offered a parliamentary constituency, however, that remains "speculative".
A short time ago, Labour sources told Sky News a recount was requested by Mr Street's team.
The Coventry recount is expected to take a couple of hours.

Or a non-Hindu.
56% of London residents didn’t vote for him... And yet he gets to run the show regardless of that fact?
England and Canada have electoral systems that should be reformed to include run-off elections for constituencies where the candidate hasn’t won at least 51% of the vote. It would make for a government more representative of what the the population wants. Trudeau for instance runs Canada, but only 33% of the country voted for his party. That’s not democracy, that’s insanity.
Polling at the time showed 80-90 percent of people in the UK agreed with Powell.
But the Elites were unanimous against him. They forced him aside and organized the invasion regardless of public opinion.
The Great Replacement is right on schedule.
TWICE in 110 years. All for the glory of Empire. We Lost, by winning.
The first “scalp” of the Deep State.
To my understanding, not that I’m an expert, the Crusades were in foreign lands, distance from England. They were a response to Islamic conquests that would not stop. Almost like Hitler and WWII - where the English PM declared “Peace in our time”, then Hitler invades Poland.
They’re just letting the enemy in the front door - too naive to see through the (allowed) lies of Islam.
Now he can go full speed ahead on his 15 minute city.
‘In power’? The Mayor of London has very few powers - far less is in his control than the mayor of a large American city.
Have you taken a close look at London lately? He’s using the powers he has - especially with the Met behavior and 2 tiered policing.
Per Lee Kuan Yew, democracy in a multi-ethnic society is just a racial headcount.
That's not to say there aren't big problems in the Met - there are. The biggest is that there simply aren't enough police. The UK has fewer police per capita than any European country, and the police nationwide have been struggling ever since the numbers were drastically slashed by Theresa May when she was Home Secretary.
Sure the *funding* comes from the government - but The Mayor of London is the equivalent of the Police and Crime Commissioner and is responsible for the totality of policing in the capital. He is responsible for how various agencies work together to reduce crime.
You’re understating the importance of this position. It’s quite clear there’s a two-tier policing situation going on. He is allowing the Islamic radicals to protest while defacing the city, nothing is done - while the native English are treated to batons and horses any time they wish to protest.
This has nothing to do with how many police there are, although I’ll concede that Theresa May, of the Conservative Party (sigh), holds a significant share of the blame respective to the invasion.
Incidentally, Gaza was a factor minimizing, not enhancing Khan's Labour/muslim identity as a reason for his reelection. Labour's support for Israel has made the party unpopular among many muslim voters. The unprecedented Labour landslide in this week's local authority elections, including Khan's majority, would have been even bigger than it was had it not been for this.
Then how do you explain that this two-tiered behavior has been going on for years? This isn’t some coincidence and I highly doubt that Khan is on the receiving end of all-things-negative respective to the Labor Party regarding events surrounding Gaza.
...and I highly doubt that Khan has no influence over the Met Commissioner. That’s the over simplification. At that level politics is rife.
Not sure what you mean by ‘this two-tiered behavior’?
Anyway, nobody’s denying that the Met has big problems. If anybody can sort them out, Rowley has a better chance than his predecessors. His record in a near-impossible job in Ireland is impressive. And Khan wasted no time in getting rid of Cressida Dick, who looked very promising at one stage but lacked the necessary political skills, digging herself deeper into a hole whenever the Met faced criticism.
