Newsom has cut a deal with a pharmaceutical company based in India to supply California with generic Narcan for fentanyl overdoses.

The Pharm company sells something that prevents death after an overdose. They do not supply fentanyl — that is BeijingBiden’s open border policy agreement with the CCP.
Blaming the Pharm is like blaming a company that makes replacement brake pads for cars: “Ooooh, they are making a profit off preventing accident deaths! “

Is that the whole story? They probably argued that in saving people from overdose death they end up causing more fentanyl to get purchased.
