Apparently, the judge let into evidence Trump's social media responses to the 2005 Access Hollywood tape where Trump and Billy Bush crudely discussed women. How this relates to allegedly criminal bookkeeping entries, I do not know. This case is an absolute miscarriage of justice.

Exactly. Harvey Weinstein’s conviction was overturned for similar abuses of discretion by prosecutors in that case. They prejudiced the jury by hauling into the courtroom all kinds of stuff having no connection to the case at hand.
