Just my two cents, but what I think will happen is Russia will gain more territory in the eastern areas before the Dnipro river but will not be able to deny the Black Sea access.

Yep. Division at the Dnieper River, but Ukraine keeps Odessa.

They could negotiate keeping Odessa only of Russia hasn’t already taken it and if they settle now.

Otherwise I see a rump state.
