That’s quite a conclusion. Are you a psychic? No trauma on the bodies. There is no indication any of them were even alive.

The father has been dead for 12 years. The mom is not competent and is confined to a nursing facility.

It is a disturbing story. And clearly this woman was crazy.

But spreading drama is niot necessary.

Assuming these babies were the woman's own children, unless this woman went through four complete pregnancies without seeking medical attention, there should be medical records to determine whether these babies were live births. The story does not give us that information, nor does it tell us whether these babies were the woman's own children.

But in response to your other point, there are ways to kill newborn babies without inflicting obvious trauma on the bodies. Starvation and poison come to mind.

The woman was evil, not crazy. She held a job for years. Lived in a “normal” society for her entire life. I am not “spreading drama,” I am posting a news article.
