Once upon a time this may have been true to some extent , but not these days . My daughter is mixed and she has never been “ shunned “ in her life . She is a high school English teacher and her husband is a high school math teacher who comes from a very respected family of teachers in Hitoyoshi , Kumamoto , Japan . They had no objection to my daughter’s marrying her son . I became a grandpa almost 3 years ago and my grandson is crazy cute if I do say so myself and smart as a whip . Could be a baby model !
